All warranty claims should be directed to an authorized reseller of the product (authorized resellers are companies that have purchased directly from The Keystone Sales Group). Authorized resellers will honor the original product warranty with original proof of purchase and if the product claim meets the warranty disclaimer in the instruction manual.
